These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Radiology PACS App ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms, the law, and any applicable agreements you have with us. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload (including DICOM files) is collected and processed lawfully, and that you have all required consents and authorizations to upload and share such data.
The Service uses Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud) for account management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
"User Content" means any files, images, data, text, or other content you upload to the Service (including medical images and extracted metadata). You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service, to provide support, and to comply with legal obligations.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is abusive, defamatory, or violates privacy. You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach its security, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
You may delete uploads and delete your account through available UI or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons. We reserve the right to remove content that violates the Terms or is illegal, with notice to the extent practicable.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google Cloud / Firebase (for hosting, storage, and authentication), Google Tag Manager (for analytics), and Meta / Facebook Pixel (for advertising measurement). Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy and Processors & Subprocessors page for details about processors and tracking.
If the Service or certain features require payment, specific billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the paid features associated with your account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiology PACS App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radiology PACS App operates. For any disputes that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction. Please contact us at support@radiologyassistant.ai if you have questions about these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice (for example, via the email address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice within the Service). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
