Processors & Subprocessors

This page lists the primary third-party service providers (processors) we use to operate the Service. We try to keep this list up to date; if you need a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or an up-to-date list for compliance/audit purposes, contact us at privacy@radiologypacs.app.

Google LLC / Firebase (Google Cloud) — Hosting, authentication, Cloud Storage, Firestore, and Cloud Functions. See: Google Cloud Privacy and Firebase Privacy.
Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — Tag management and analytics loaded via GTM. See: Google Tag Manager and Google Advertising & Measurement.
Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) — Meta Pixel for page view and advertising events. See: Facebook Privacy and Meta Pixel documentation.
Cloud Storage & CDN Providers — We may use additional storage/CDN providers for media delivery and performance. Specific providers will be listed here if/when used.
Other Providers — For monitoring, error tracking, or support we may use additional vendors. Contact us for the current, complete list.

Note: The list of subprocessors may change over time as we update our infrastructure. If your organization requires contractual assurances (DPA, SOC reports, or a BAA), contact us and we will provide the necessary documentation and, where applicable, execute required agreements.
